Agent Terms and Conditions

1.  Every agent will be given a special discount for


each transaction, the amount  depends on the quantity as
you can see below:









**The discount above valid for D-Spot brand and
other adult products only. As for the branded
children wear, grosser price for agent can be seen
directly in the catalogue.

2. Agent in each category are oblige to make monthly
purchase of quantity in the limit as stated in the table
above. Failure to meet the  quantity limit in their class, a
10% percent additional charge from their next transaction
in the following month will be given to them as a penalty of
buying less than the required minimum quantity in their
class.

3. For purchase less than 50 will be considered as a non
agent. Non agent will only be given a 15% discount from
the retail price. No monthly quantity limit given to this
buyers.

4.  Agent who failed to meet the minimum quantity in their
class three months in a row,  will be contacted by one of
our staff to have further discussion on whether the agent
will pursue the commitment to be our agent in a lower
class from their previous one or withdraw from the
commitment.

5. Each agent in each class  has specific coverage area.
This coverage area allow them to monopolize other party
who also wish to be an agent. This party will be a sub
agent under the responsibility of the agent in the area
where this other party lives.

6. Every  sub agent has to buy from their agent where
they're registered. Each agent is oblige to register their
sub agents to us.

7.In terms of payment, we only receive cash and
electronic transfer, directly to our Bank account.

8. There will be no return for goods that are bought.
Return only valid for products that has damages. Time
limit for return is 7 working days for local buyers, and 14  
working days for buyers from abroad.

Syarat dan ketentuan menjadi agen:

1. Tiap agen D-Spot Boutique akan diberikan diskon
spesial untuk setiap pembelian produk-produk yang
kami sediakan. Besarnya diskon tergantung pada
kuantiti pembelian, seperti yang tertulis di dalam tabel
di bawah ini:









**Ketentuan diskon di atas hanya berlaku untuk
produk-produk dengan merek D-Spot  dan
produk-produk pakaian dewasa lainnya.
Sedangkan untuk produk baju anak branded,
harga grosir untuk agen, dapat dilihat langsung
di katalog.

2.  Tiap agen di dalam kelasnya masing-masing,
diwajibkan untuk melakukan pembelian produk dalam
batas minimal kuantiti yang ditentukan di dalam
kelasnya masing-masing. Apabila dalam satu bulan
tidak memenuhi target pembelian minimal yang
ditentukan di dalam kelasnya, maka agen akan
dikenakan penalti sebesar 10% dari total pembelian
selanjutnya di bulan berikutnya.

3. Untuk pembelian kurang dari 50 pcs, kami akan
masukan dalam kategori non agen. Diskon yang
diberikan adalah sebesar 15% dari harga retail. Tidak
ada target pembelian bulanan bagi non agen.

4.Bagi agen yang tidak dapat memenuhi target
minimum pembelian bulanan  3 bulan berturu-turut,
maka kami akan menghubungi yang bersangkutan
untuk berdiskusi, perihal penurunan kelas mereka
kepada yang lebih rendah ataukah, mundur dari
kerjasama sebagai agen.

5. Tiap agen di kelasnya masing-masing akan
diberikan wilayah  pemasaran, yang memungkinkan
mereka untuk mengambil alih pihak-pihak lain di
wilayah pemasaran si agen yang berminat untuk
menjadi sub agen dari produk D-Spot Boutique juga.
(terkecuali pihak yang sudah bekerja sama terlebih
dahulu dengan D-Spot Boutique).

Dibawah ini adalah table dari pemetaan wilayah
pemasaran agen:









6. Tiap sub agen harus membeli produk D-Spot
Boutique langsung kepada agen tempat mereka
terdaftar pertama kali. Tiap agen dianjurkan untuk
mendaftarkan sub agen mereka kepada D-Spot
Boutique.

7. Untuk pembayaran, kami hanya menerima
pembayaran secara cash atau electronic transfer
langsung ke rekening Bank yang kami miliki.

8.Barang yang sudah dibeli tidak dapat di kembalikan
(retur). Retur  hanya diperuntukkan bagi produk yang
cacat produksi. Waktu pengembalian barang yang
cacat tersebut adalah 7 hari kerja bagi pembeli dari
dalam negeri, dan 14 hari kerja bagi pembeli dari luar
negeri.

9.Untuk syarat dan ketentuan pembelian secara umu,
